🚨 iPhone or iPad users, we need you to update your Online Appointments app today! Please feel free to share this blog post with your practitioners using Online Appointments on an iOS device.
Hey Jane Community,
It’s time for an app update! This update is for practitioners and clients who use an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) to access their Online Appointments.
Why are we asking you to do this? Great question.
Let’s take a quick moment to picture bumper-to-bumper traffic on a two-lane highway, we’ve all been there. What our team has been working on is adding a new lane to accommodate all those extra cars (calls), and while we were there, we filled in some potholes too for a more reliable connection and smoother experience for you and your clients. Please update your App to get in on that fresh new paved lane. 🚗 🚗 🚗
There are two things you’ll need to do:
1️⃣ Practitioners using iPhones or iPads (iOS devices) to access your Online Appointments, please follow this step to update your Jane Online Appointments app:
- From your iPhone or iPad, access this link to be taken directly to the app update in the App Store. Click Update, and you’re all done!
Psst… For our friends using Jane’s Online Appointments on a laptop/desktop or on an Android device (and so you don’t need the app to connect), the Jane team will be taking care of the updates, and no action is required on your end. 😊
2️⃣ Let your clients know that they need to update their app.
We’ve lent a hand with this one and snuck in a little message within the Online Appointment email reminder as well as the client consent page. But it never hurts to give your clients a reminder the next time you chat with them, too!
