Jane's Guide Here's all the help you need to use Jane.

Jane in Action

All practices signed up prior to January 3rd, 2023 will continue to operate under their existing licensing model.

We have a number of videos that you can watch to learn more about how Jane works.

Watch Videos

Because Jane is constantly evolving (and will always be improving!) you may see some things that are a little different today than in the videos. If you have any questions about anything you see in Jane that you don’t see in the video, try searching the guide, check out the blog or just send us a note!

And if you’re just meeting Jane for the first time, many have found these videos to be enough to make the call on switching to Jane.

If you don’t find all the information you’re looking for in these videos or on our site, we’d also be more than happy to walk through a live screen-share demo, where we can look at Jane together and go over any additional questions you have about if Jane might be a good fit for you. You can book a demo (or a dedicated support call if you’re already one of our lovely Jane users) from the orange “Get Started” button above.

You can also sign up for Jane anytime from that “Get Started” button. If you’re not clear on the number of licenses you’ll need, here’s how we work:

We base licenses on the number of booked hours for a practitioner per week. We consider a full license to be 24 hours per week or more, and we bill a half license for practitioners with less than 24 hours per week (e.g. a practitioner who has two booked hours per week is billed as a half license).

Remember that there are no additional charges for import, setup, training, support, multiple locations, admin staff, email / SMS messages… your monthly rate covers everything.
