Family or Group Credit

Sometimes families or groups want to purchase credit to use for any member of the family. You can use the Gift Card system from within Jane to create a credit that can be used for multiple clients.

Loading a Gift Card Using a Credit on File

If you have a patient that has credit on account that they would like to share with a friend or family member through a Gift Card, you have come to the right place. :)

Redeeming a Gift Card

or click Pay at the top of an Appointment pane to access the Receive Payment screen.

Refunding and Deleting a Gift Card

Because Jane uses Gift Cards for Transferring Balances and as an option for managing Packages, there may come a day when you need to refund a Gift Card. If you are reading this, today is likely the day. :)
